This curriculum presents the Certificate and Diploma programs in Tourism & Hospitality Management offered by SDA College. Part I: Certificate in Tourism & Hospitality Management
Program Aim
To produce graduates with practical competencies and professional ethics for entry-level roles in hospitality and tourism operations.

- FTH 104 – Food & Beverage Service I: Restaurant and bar service techniques (6 credits).
